Tender Specialist
We are looking for a Tender Specialist to join our team and manage Aindo’s participation in public tenders and procurement opportunities at regional, national, and European level. You will be responsible for managing the public tender process, supporting grant applications, and managing the administrative and financial reporting of funded projects.

Synthetic Data mimics real data (a) preserving its statistical properties and analytical utility, (b) without retaining personal information. Job description
📌 Reports to: Financial Controller
📝 Contract: Part-time, with the opportunity to progressively move to full-time
📍 Location: Hybrid – Trieste or Milan
Responsibilities
- Opportunity Management: Continuously monitor and evaluate public tenders and national/EU funding opportunities aligned with Aindo’s strategy, supporting leadership in identifying the most relevant opportunities.
- Tender Management: Manage the end-to-end tender process, from requirements analysis and opportunity assessment to documentation, internal coordination, submission and post-submission follow-up.
- Legal & Compliance: Prepare and review administrative documentation, declarations, certifications and contractual requirements, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations and applicable legal requirements.
- Grant Applications & Financial Reporting: Support the finance department in the preparation and submission of grant applications and manage the administrative and financial reporting of funded projects, including the collection and verification of supporting documentation, tracking of deliverables and deadlines, and preparation and submission of technical and financial reports.
- Coordination & Process Improvement: Coordinate inputs across technical, financial and legal teams, manage interactions with public authorities and funding bodies, maintain e-procurement and supplier portals, and develop templates and best practices to streamline Aindo’s tender and funding processes.
What we look for
- Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in public tenders, procurement procedures, or a similar role.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Italian public procurement procedures.
- Skills: Strong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Tools: Good knowledge of Excel and Word and confidence using digital tools and online platforms.
- Education: Degree in Law, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: Excellent writing and interpersonal skills in both Italian and English.

💰 Competitive Compensation: We offer a Full-Time target annual gross salary (RAL) between €28,000 and €35,000, along with daily meal vouchers. Final placement within this range is determined using objective criteria, including relevant skill evaluation and the specific scope of the role.
