We’re proud to share that Aindo has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification. This is a significant milestone in our commitment to building an inclusive, respectful, and equitable workplace.

What the certification means

The UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, developed by the Italian National Standards Body (UNI), is the official national guideline for gender equality in organizations. It defines key performance indicators across six areas: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, gender-neutral growth opportunities, remuneration equity, and work-life balance.

Aindo was certified by Perry Johnson Registrars following a thorough evaluation process. The certificate reflects the systems and values we have put in place to promote diversity and reduce gender-based disparities within our team.

Our ongoing commitment

At Aindo, we believe that gender equality is essential to building a healthy and successful company. This certification is a tangible recognition of our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone has equal opportunity to thrive.

We are proud that nearly 30% of our team are women, which is above the industry average, but we know numbers aren’t everything.
